Hi
I have the vario-w with the metal pour over burrs. At coarse setting (10W), there is a fair bit of fines produced. Infact, on my chemex, it takes longer for the water to draw down on 10W than on 8O or 8T which is more of a medium course grind than coarse. Even if I grind a few micro steps finer (10P), I still get the problem. Is this common? What can be done?
