I have been researching for the past 6 months trying to decide which grinder to buy when I upgrade my Anfim Best. I am leaning toward the Major but the K10 has really turned my head. I know they are two different animals so this is my thinking and was wondering what all of you think. I am trying to find a major that is used to restore it and then buy a pharos. Will the pharos give me K10 results? If I can't find a good used major I am debating on whether or not to go ahead and buy a new one, but here is another question: Will I have to break anything to get the collar off the new major so I can use it without the hopper? I certainly don't want to void the warranty if I buy a new one. Thanks for your help in advance.
