Hello. So I was able to pull great shots all weekend with my Gaggia classic. Tonight, they are running super fast (about 4-5 oz for a double shot instead of the typical 2 oz). I set my Baratza Perciso to the ABSOLUTE LOWEST setting - 1, and it's still coming out fast! Beans are 12 days post roast.
How can I "recalibrate" my grinder, or conifrm it is changing settings?
