Hi Everybody - hoping you guys can help me out! I recently (two months ago) bought a new Capresso Infinity grinder. It worked great for what I needed, until last week I dropped the bean hopper, and the bottom plastic cracked where it fits into the machine. I attempted to use it after the hopper had cracked, but the grinder wouldn't start. The timer would run, but the grinder itself wouldn't engage. I assumed this was due to a safety shut-off, since the hopper might not have fit correctly after it was dropped. I ordered a new replacement hopper, but the grinder won't run with this one either.
Has anyone experience anything similar to this, or do you have any pointers? Any help would be appreciated because I'm missing my espresso, and don't want to have to get another grinder!
