this last cup I had was so sweet, this is a completely new kind of espresso. It was so bitter before, strong but not as full of flavor. This was an expensive buy but if it lasts for 10-15 years then its nothing but a good investment!

It cleaned up nicely but that burr looks like the blade edges are flat. I think you'll notice even more of an improvement when you replace the burrs.

Mazzer burr edges have that flat spot from day one.
