In the last 2 weeks or so, I've noticed that as my beans age (Espresso Classico from Paradise Roasters) I've got to reset the Gaggia MDF to a finer grind to get the 24-30 second shot...this happens as the beans approach 5 days or so after opening....is this normal?? or is the Gaggia not holding a constant setting?? I bought the Gaggia only a couple of weeks ago. Thanks Don
