To continue the thoughts above, drink what you like! I do both and honestly, volume wise, I drink more milk drinks than anything else. I can positively tell the difference in the quality of the shots in milk, it is a milder flavor change to be sure but I find I can taste some of the notes in milk that I can not taste in straight shots!
If anyone "disses" you for milk drinks, take it for what it is worth, they don't have enough wide ranging experience with all drinks to know what they don't know!
As always,
YMMV!

PS, Ron, the door is always open too when you get down this way :D
OH that goes for nearly all members here. I can't think of anyone who is not welcome but hey, just in case, I reserve the ... right LOL!

In real life, my name is
Wayne P.
Anything I post is personal opinion and is only worth as much as anyone else's personal opinion. YMMV!

Feed the newbs, starve the trolls and above all enjoy what you drink!

When i am trying a new blend I nearly always start out making a long black with it first. The additional water can help call out something not just dilute them. I tend to munch a bean or two right out of the bag as well but not at the same time. ;0)

BubbaDude will be over this afternoon. ;0)

Wayne I caught Klatch running 15% off all espresso yesterday but just could not even make time to get on the board to post it. Wife has been yelling about wanting something less bright so I through down on 5lbs of Bela on your indirect recommendation.

Yes i have a reason for leaving SCG off my list, yes it is my opinion, yes it is subjective as opinions are by definition, no don't start a flame war because you disagree.

I drink my espresso with a bit of sugar but the way i really enjoy coffe is with a piccolo. A cappucino is too much milk for me. So the piccolo is a single (for my case a long single shot) with 1/3 of hot milk with foam in a 2oz tulip cup.

But anyway, drink the way you like is the best way to enjoy coffee ! :)
