This is some health benefits of coffee. I imagine Suagr ad milk would vary the chemical composition.

Coffee drinkers:

Have up to a 67% lower risk of Type II diabetes (50, 51).
Are at a much lower risk of getting Alzheimerís and Parkinsonís (52, 53).
Have up to an 80% lower risk of liver diseases like cirrhosis (54, 55).
Caffeine also helps to mobilize fatty acids from the fat tissues, boost metabolism and increase exercise performance by an average of 11-12% (56, 57, 58).

Many studies have examined the effects of caffeine on the brain, showing that it can improve mood, memory, reaction time, vigilance and overall brain function (59).

You may be surprised to hear that coffee is also loaded with antioxidants. In fact, it is the biggest source of antioxidants in the modern diet, outranking both fruits and vegetables, combined (60, 61).

If youíre sensitive to caffeine or it tends to disrupt your sleep, then green tea has many of the same health benefits but a smaller amount of caffeine.

Bottom Line: Coffee contains very large amounts of antioxidants. Studies show that coffee drinkers are at a much lower risk of developing many serious diseases.

Studies show that eating soy lowers sperm count and presumably that accounts for the low birthrate in China.
Studies show that aluminum in the diet is a cause of Alzheimers.
Studies show that four out of five dentists recommend Crest as part of a conscientiously applied program of oral hygiene and regular dental care.

Stop reading and drink more coffee.  ;-)

But how about gastrointestinal issues? I like great coffee but my stomach doesn't like it as much.

Donít be confused of some health studies on the effect of coffee in your health. If you keep on reading those conflicting results of coffee drinking in your health, it makes you crazy. You can feel the effect of coffee such as my experience that it has given me some good health benefits. Although we have different observation after we have drunk coffee, I think we have slight differences. The only thing maybe we can do is making adjustment to the coffee concentration and the number of cup daily. Yes, itís true that if coffee upset your stomach in the beginning, just keep on drinking and time will come that your stomach can adopt it.

Did you know...? Dark roast coffees actually have less caffeine than lighter roasts due to the fact that the process of roasting burns off caffeine.

"Drinking two, three, four or even more cups of coffe a day has positive effects on numerous internal organs and body functions. There even seems to be a protective or preventative effect in some diseases. In in most cases, there is no reason to stop drinking coffee for medical considerations. However, in individual cases it's advisable to consult your doctor, especially during pregnancy."

This is the recommendation of the Deutsches GrŁnes Kreuz given in 2009 based on up-to-date scientific data. Scientists involved in an ongoing 22-year research by the Harvard School of Public Health state that "the overall balance of risks and benefits [of coffee consumption] are on the side of benefits". Other medical studies suggest that coffee consumption reduces the risk of being affected by Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, heart disease, diabetes mellitus type II, cirrhosis of the liver, and gout.
