Thanks. The Red Line was great right until the end. The Red Bird... well, let's just say I've not yet dialed it in. That's kind, actually.
Went finer on the grind and got closer last night. I'm keeping the dose as small as I can get it while still maintaining decent extraction time. I think it's still a little young. It's creating tons of crema right now. We'll see where we are in a couple days - thanks!
