Are the shots still flowing well? Your next vacation should be Chicago or new York. Come to some of the best spots to compare. I'd even give you a tour of Chicago spots ha

Thanks. The Red Line was great right until the end. The Red Bird... well, let's just say I've not yet dialed it in. That's kind, actually.

Went finer on the grind and got closer last night. I'm keeping the dose as small as I can get it while still maintaining decent extraction time. I think it's still a little young. It's creating tons of crema right now. We'll see where we are in a couple days - thanks!
