Could be funny, or could be childish overstatement. Depends on the context.
I warned you before, Peter, you can't get satisfactory understanding of nuanced ideas and emotional communication from excerpts of English sentences without providing more real world context for examination. You have a pronounced habit of taking snippets of conversation out of context and asking our opinions, often with no apparent concern for your inflammatory role in the matter.
If Peter has a sense of humor it is incredibly funny.

No, I don't worry about the customer, and I can understand that the words in the link above was from someone who never tried our coffee, and said it in some special mode, maybe for some of my words or general impression about me.
Anyway, I couldn't find the original post and find out the real reason for it.
I posted it only because someone copy and pasted it in a Chinese forum, and it reminded me of it.
