Just completed a day with Heather , my BDB and my Vario W. Amazing!. I felt I had gone as far as I could with youtube videos, and my equipment.  Primary goals:  How to get a sweet shot and do Latte Art.  Mission accomplished!.

Glad you liked the class.  I took it several years ago (I think it was in 2008 or 2009) and found it invaluable. Though since I live in Houston and was out in LA (where I grew up) visiting family, I was unable to bring my own gear.

This would be on my list of things to do. I am happy you are happy with your training. Excited to see your latte art.

Green with envy, wish I had the cash for that class!

Good luck!

Heather is great, I have spoken with her several times though I doubt she would remember me from one of any other 1000 customers that she talks to in a month.

Good on you for taking that step when you felt you reached a wall, and good on you for feeling you got a lot out of it!
