Hello everyone! I just wanted to let you know a great way to drink coffee! I have been roasting beans for a few months and I am so glad I do, it gets you mega fresh coffee!
I have espresso/ ristretto. depends on the grind, the roast and the day as to how uch a shot I pull. I left the idea of sugar and milk cause a guy on CG said he did that. I was envious and I am so glad I was! Never will I return to that vile substance known as milk and even worse sugar!
I feel it makes me happy! It is almost like it rewrites your brain, the coffee.
I got a water purifier yesterday, I did not think coffee can get any better but it did and I am astounded!
So having a natural fresh coffee and a well balanced healthy diet! Life has improved ten fold!
cheers brothers and sisters!
