Strange. My new classic has been looking much lighter than that. I pulled the last batch at an early Full City though. That's what my Monkey looked like at Full City+ pulled really tightly. It was a sugar bomb. But of course I use New Classic for cappuccinos and I was mimicking the roast level of some Intelligentsia Black Cat Analog I picked up.
