Nice looking setup Ron. Thought I'd put up a fresh pick of my own with the new Macap. Some grinders would have worried me setting on the end of the counter- anyone bumps this one they'll bruise their elbow :) Currently house hunting though. Funny walking into a kitchen and my first thought is "where will my espresso setup be". Flojet is always an option I guess. I've found a new love for my Wega with a little help from Eric, may be looking for some custom wood for the top corners after the move!

I am planning my kitchen remodel based as much on my espresso machine as more storage space............... Saving money to do it and spending less on gear. But I got my short hopper and my set up is solid and pretty easy to move to cater parties. I think I am making really nice espresso so I am content for now. I will post a photo of the machine with a short hopper on the counter in case someone else is interested in it.
Buying advice: GRINDER GRINDER GRINDER. Don't cheap out on the grinder.

Thanks Ron! I was there too in the house hunting mindset. In the past, it was always, where's my home theater going, but one last two homes it was all about is the kitchen big enough and where is the espresso bar going to be...lol I got lucky on this house, in that the builder had setup this sweet wine bar right off the dining room. The only down sides were the stupid criss-cross wine "cabinets", lack of plumbing and basic electrical. I had to wait 4 years to upgrade it to what I now have, but boy...am I loving it! I wish you luck in your search.
