I have some die hard coffee drinkers in my family that "know" they don't like espresso, will not even try mine. No matter how much I tell them it is different. As such, I think more of the people would want a good cup of plain coffee. I think the pour over idea from beans right at their last days of roast window is a good idea. It would be a win - win for everyone. And I believe it would be easier to pull off.
