I believe them to be lined with a frosting that is hard like the top of a pop tart and the coffee doesn't leak through it. Then you eat it. I believe it works like the chocolate lined waffle cones with ice cream. But I have not seen one or found a place to order them. If I could find a mold I would try to make some.
