Subject: Mobile Coffee Service in TO?

Would a mobile coffee service (coffee van) work in the downtown Toronto region?  It would be available for pedestrians traveling to and from work in the morning, lunchtime and after work hours. It would provide fast and affordable k cup coffee and tea brands with biscottis on the side. It would be curbside and in the pedestrian hotspots of TO- front street, union station, subway and bus terminals.

I need your honest input!

Good od Bad Idea?

Would you use it?

If so, what time of day would like to purchase?

In morning, on lunch break, or way home from work

Thx for your input and I'll let you know the results asap

Cheers and enjoy your Joe today!

Thx bure82.  I would do it legit by applying for mobile business license with the city of Toronto.

The market group would be the K CUP Coffee lovers not the high end elite coffee crowd.  Cheers!

How much can you really make with k cup?  There's like a tim horton around every corner and most office have those k cup style already and let me tell you, people would rather get timmy than k cup.  Overall, it is a bad idea.  You won't even be able to cover for the liscence cost.

+1
BTW, quality is quality and Kcup isn't quality. People may not know the difference but once they TASTE the difference, they will know the difference. Just saying.

You might think about selling instant coffee, at least you would be ahead on equipment cost as all you need is a burner, a tea kettle and a spoon, the results are nearly the same.

Agreed.  Besides isn't the whole point of K-cups so you can buy one of those silly machines for your cubicle???  I mean, they're selling Kcup makes at Office Depot!
