I received a service call from one of my customers in CT regarding their 9 month old Swift. One grinder motor kept running whenever the machine was energized. I phoned Brian at Franke and we promptly did a diagnostic via phone to determine the board had failed. Very unusual for a Swift, incidently.
That was 3 p.m. EST Thursday and I had the new board in my hands at 9:30am EST Friday. From Seattle no less.
