I was just about to make myself a well earned cap when all of a sudden i, for some unbeknown reason, looked in the freezer, and saw chocolate ice cream. Yummy, i thought, and dropped some into my cup before i pulled my shot. I tasted the espresso/ice cream mix and it was really nice, so i added my milk after some careful microfoaming and it made one hell of a creamy mocha.

Haven't tried chocolate yet, but with my cappa's, I sometimes shoot a small squirt of International Delight English Almond Toffee creamer in with the milk before steaming, and it takes more edge off of the espresso and adds some richness...quite tasty!
