Is there a file collected all those info together?  I prefer that one, maybe most people do.

Right click - properties - next to the name click on the image of the pin...you will get a big selection of other motives...last one is coffee mug

Helsinki. Serious espresso cafeterias are rare (to my knowledge). Though I don't visit cafeterias that much since I get better coffee at home (except kaffecentralen). List only 3 places in this one. 2 of the best ones (to my knowledge) and one place near my home that has potential.
For the Finns: How about cafeterias in Kaivopuisto? Don't have experience on those.

"File has bad or missing root element"

Am I doing something wrong when I try to open the file in Google Earth?

Yeah, I'm not sure what's going on either.  For some reason, browsers don't seem to like .kmz files very much.

I've zipped (the 14k) file into a 14k file.  It seems that the .zip files work better for some reason.  I did the same thing on my web site.  It's at the bottom of the home page click here.

Hope this works,
-Fred

Ah - Yes, the zip works fine - that's bizarre ;^)
