Wow, what a great pull of Hairbender I just pulled at home.  I figured I would share this, as Hairbender has gotten a bad rap lately, with the change in roast profile.  My results at the local cafe that serves it have been mediocre too.  These beans are 5 days old, pull was around 26 seconds for just under 1.5oz.  The pull was heavy in chocolate and body, hint of butter and nuts.  No citrus or bright notes, just a heavy, dark, smooth pull.

Extraction becoming visible after around 4-5 seconds

And, right after stopping the pull at around 26 seconds:

A ridge-less 58mm double basket.  Probably around 20 to 20.5g of coffee in there.
