Subject: Do you like it *HOT* or just lukewarm?

Hello all,

If any of you are like me, you like your espresso HOT! Even if you have to settle for coffee, it should still be hot. I have travelled quite a lot in Europe and they seem to know how not only to make HOT coffee and Espresso, but they build machines that can make it hot.

How come most of the espresso/coffee makers you buy in Canada/US still only produce lukewarm drinks?

I am presently looking to acquire a new superautomatic espresso maker, but are there any recommendations for either the Capresso or Saeco or any of the others that will make a real "scorch the roof of your mouth" hot cup?

Most reputable sellers will offer refunds, but I find it such a waste of time. I'd rather be spending my time tasting new coffee varieties, not returning dud machines.

Thanks for any advice.

Dino
