When I was in Seattle recently, I was talking about latte art with one of the baristas. I mentioned that I knew how to pour rosettas and he didn't seem impressed. He asked me "Yea, but can you pour 10 in a row?" Since I'm only making lattes for two, I have done two nice ones in a row. Tonight the Black Cat tasted extra good and I couldn't help but make one more latte--I'll never get to sleep. Plus my first two rosettas turned out nice, so here was a chance at 3 in a row. Here's the first, decaf Black Cat with skim milk:

If I was the owner of the shop, I would fire that employee, it doesn't matter if he can pour 20 or 30 latte art in a row. I hope you didn't leave any tips.... : )
Matt, I bought a pound of decaf black cat this week. My wife predominantly drinks the decaf, and she likes it a lot better than the other local beans we were using. I have not tried it yet, mainly because the regular black cat is soooooo good. Last time I was at our local Sendiks in Whitefish Bay, WI, the decaf black cat was the coffee selection of the week. Hope they will always have it now. Rob
