Looks like a good start! You got what looks like good dose and distribution, so now try the triple ristretto. (Grind a tad finer and don't be afraid to tamp a little harder too).
Also, with the naked triple you can feel free to run shots over 25 seconds because it starts very slowly. Sometimes on my ristretto i don't see flow for up to 10 seconds.

Thanks. You are quite right, the grind was too coarse. I am impressed! How did you know?

You can tell alot by the color, texture, and depth of the cone. I can almost tell what pressure I'm running on my machine by looking. My pic above was at just over 9.5 bar (at the start of a ristretto) and you can see how dark and goopy it is.
