Try the other Klatch Blends, House and WBE.
WBE isn't the easiest blend to dial in, but it is rewarding -- and very chocolatey. It's my wife's favorite commercial roast for her espresso/milk drinks, and my favorite old-school style commercial roast for straight. In our machine it works best with a fairly high brew ratio; an ordinary, blond-point; ground a little finer; and brewed a little hotter than most coffees.
House shares an intrinsic "comfort food," chocolate and nuts profile with Belle and WBE. It is the easiest Klatch blend to dial in, with wide acceptable bands for temp, grind and dose.

Was just talking to Wayne about this...I just tried Intelligentsia Black Cat Analog...it's DELICIOUS. Based on their description of taste, you might also look at their Classic.
Wayne said that the Black Cat project is one where the end product is a work in progress, meaning that they adjust the blends based on what they have on hand or can get, so the end result is somewhat variable. My first bag of their beans was great, though, and I've reordered (I'm actually out of beans as we speak so they'd BETTER GET HERE TODAY!!!), so I'm hoping for an equally delicious second batch.
