I've been trying out mostly Single origins for espresso the last year. I love redbird Sweet Blue as a single. Try 50/50 blend of that and the Yirgacheffe, really awesome. The Ethiopian by itself is a little too fruity for me, but definitely a winner in its own right. I've also had great fun with a few of Dodd coffee's single origin offerings.

I'll add a shout out for the Red Bird Guatemala Antigua. As noted in the blurb, this is a rich, balanced, classic coffee, dominated by brown sugar and chocolate notes, ideal for any non-espresso brewing method.
