I am admittedly very new here and started to look for a few different beans to try. As I started doing some research on the different types of roasts, the origin of the beans, and than I found a taste wheel (Click Here (thecoffeeadventures.com))! I feel like I just jumped into the deep end of a pool. In short, I am finding this to be slightly more complex than I thought. Maybe I am over complicating this?
Do you have any suggestions for beans I should try? Maybe even some good resources I can learn more about world of beans?
Thank you for the link. I am very excited to explore the world of coffee. I just received my bag of Red Bird yesterday! I have never tasted an espresso like this before, it is delicious! I can't wait to try different blends and discover new flavors!
