Start local so you can taste what it should taste like. It might take some time to find a good place but you have to wait for the part anyway.... Buy a couple of pounds of what ever you get so you can dial it in and still have some left to drink. And it is all about the grinder. What grinder do you have?
Buying advice: GRINDER GRINDER GRINDER. Don't cheap out on the grinder.

You can also check out the [List of Favorite Roasters] on Home-Barista.com Red Bird Espresso is about as cheap as you can get and I think it's a good place to start. Order today or tomorrow, and you should have it Thursday or Friday - about 2 days post-roast.
