Like so many others, I have received consistent, great service from Jeff. I don't live in a thriving metropolis yet, even in the rural parts of the Florida panhandle, his shipping schedule has been as predictable as the tides. Add to that a repeatably good product with each and every order...this is the stuff of successful companies.

+ 1 on steller customer service. I ordered Tuesday 1/15, received reply from Jeff on Wed 1/16 that coffee would be roasted and shipped same day. Just received coffee via USPS priority this morning, Friday 1/18 (Montana to upstate NY) My coffee was roasted and shipped to my door in about 48hrs.....I can barely get that type of service from local roasters.
