I am currently posted to the UK and I have bought from:
James Gourmet - Formula 6, Colonel Grumpy and Winter's Hoard I buy from them the most because I can pay for it online with a US CC without much of an issue. All of these are great.
Has Bean - Jail Break This was good as well, I am going to try them again now that I have a grinder.
I have one to add to the list: Extract Coffee Roasters - http://extractcoffee.co.uk/ I found it on a UK Coffee Forum and it seems to be very big on sites that are similar to Coffee Geek in the UK. Anyway I had their 'Fudge E Bear' Blend and their original Espresso and both were great. Fudge E Bear is seasonal.
All of the above have the roasted dates on the bags and by the time I get them it appears they were roasted and shipped the same day or next. Usually they have been roasted anywhere from 1-3 days prior by the time I get them.

Square Mile is a place you need to try asap.
Jason's list right there is solid, I just want to highlight Square Mile as a roaster thats doing some really great things with coffee.
Square Mile is one of the few UK beans that is seen over here in the US, on a somewhat often basis.
Plus there logo/art/bags are uber cool :)
