I must say I am quite impressed with Jeff's customer service. So I placed my 1st order for some redbird espresso, and for one reason or another the order never got shipped. Which sucks as I ended up running out of beans and have had to resort to less than ideal local roasted beans that are older than I like to use. I contacted Jeff via email; and, within two hours a new bag was shipped out via USPS for me, and I have checked and this order was picked up, and will hopefully arrive by tuesday. The fast response to my email, and fixing the situation by sending out a new bag of beans was really appreciated, and it made a horrible experience a little better.
Same thing happened to me. He disclosed one of the staff was not shipping orders and had to let him go. He is shipping it to me overnight now, though. I feel bad for the guy he was very apologetic and sounded distressed by the situation. Hopefully he can find some good help to replace that guy.

Pulled my first shot this morning. Really like it. It's up their with my other favorites. I love how it's not acidic/sour at all but still has a lot of flavor. I haven't tried milk in it but it is great just plain.

I am on my third order from Redbird and absolutely love their coffee. I had been ordering big Italian name brands thinking I was getting the best coffee money could buy, until I decided to look online for American roasted coffee. No doubt there is a world of difference between a coffee that has been roasted only a couple days before it's in your mailbox and one that sat on a shelf for potentially months. Redbird's service is outstanding! I placed an order online on a Sunday and within a few hours I get an email from Jeff that my coffee will roast and ship the next day! I order the 5 Lbs bags, which is excellent value as the price includes shipping. I am so happy I found a coffee I love, from an American company with great service.

Thank you for the recommendation. Ordered today, 05/19/13. I am looking forward to #5 of Redbird. I will post back on turn around time and how much I enjoy the brew. Thanks again.
