Klatch, Sweet Maria's, and Compass Coffee (along with the Green Coffee Buying Club) provide more variety of top notch coffee than you will have time to roast.
I chew coffee beans with my teeth while gargling with 195 F water to enjoy coffee. What is this "coffee brewing" device you speak of?
I'm in Canada and I use Birds and Beans or Greenbeanery. Birds and Beans have a smaller selection but their mailing and service are amazing. If I can get into Toronto I do like to browse at Greenbeanery as they have an awesome selection and you can speak to the roasters on site too. Sweet Maria's give great advice in the US too.

+1 on Bodhi Coffee and Leaf. I was in Calif and stopped by. Jeff spent over an hour in the warehouse helping me with a selection of beans with which to start my own blending. Very patient, knowledgable and friendly. Steve came in and made sure I was getting all the attention I needed. Certainly can't beat the service, prices are great, finest quality, and I found out most of the really good roasters around SoCal use them.
