I picked up some Trattoria, Fresh Market's 'proprietary' espresso blend and tried it today. Pulled a double shot and prepared a latte. If you like a dark roast, bold, rich and vibrant, this is quite good. Stands up very well in milk. I took a small sip and chewed on it a bit before mixing it in with the milk. Too strong for my taste as plain espresso, but makes a great latte.
