Yeah, I wish it was Roast Dated too, but Chris knows about freshness and the importance, so you're getting fresh roast. At most, it'll be 3 days off.
The BP is a nice blend, easily dialed in, and it changes nicely with temp changes.
Bring the temp up a little bit, around 201-202, and the citrus really comes out, more-so on the normale side of the pull. I like it this way for straight shots. For milk, I bring the temp down to about 198ish, and tighten it up to give me about 1.25 in 27-30seconds, which softens the citrus and darkens the chocolate.
