I mostly drink decaf after noon. I have tried several decaf blends, and have found one that rivals the best caffeinated blends: Trapper Creek Decaf from Stumptown. It is a medium roast that has amazing complexity and richness. It is among my two or three favorite coffees for espresso from my La Pavoni.
