Terroir's South Italian Roast Style Espresso - A bit darker, sweeter, and nuttier than the Northern. Plus it's easier to pull at home.
Stumptown's Natural Sidamo - Incredible as a SO shot, even more incredible as a cappa (need to pull at slighly lower temp to really bring out the strawberry).
In addition to those you already mentioned, Stumptowns Hairbender, Barefoot's Element 114, Zoka's Paladino, Caffe Fresco's Daterra's Reserve Espresso, Victrola's Streamline (I was also pretty impressed with Victrola's deco decaf)
One of the ones I've tried recently that I really enjoyed was Doma Coffee Ruby's Organic Espresso Blend. It was especially good as a cappa or a macchiato, since the milk cuts it just nicely... balancing out the flavours a little.

Question: how do any of you deal with trying a variety of coffees from various places and using them up in appropriate timeframes? As in, it's just ME, and I can't drink enough lattes to go through more than 1/2 pound of coffee beans in a week, but I don't want beans to get old before I get to them. Any suggestions? It seems that freezing beans is much frowned upon. I DO have Flying Goat coffee close by, but I'd very much like to try some of the espresso blends that have been mentioned in this thread.
