Don't know how many people are reading this from the mile high city, but wanted to give a heads up. We have Thursday night throw downs once a month in Denver at rotating coffee shops. A lot of unique coffees have been thrown up to throw down with, a lot of great people here to meet, a ton of killer shops and usually free beer and coffee. But don't come unless you're more into the coffee than the beer :)
We sponsored the first one with a few pounds of a three part El Salvador blend from a single farm. One part was washed process, one part natural process, and one part miel process. It was at a killer shop down near the arts district, and there was a lot of fun to be had.
Anyway, for more info get in touch with me. Everything with the Corvus coffee name on it goes directly to me pretty much, so it shouldn't be hard.
