It may be true because black coffee has more caffeine and the taste of caffeine is bitter. If it is black coffee, you are sure that that your taste signifies the real coffee. Before you drink other coffee, drink first the black coffee to determine the taste of real coffee.

Did you know...? Dark roast coffees actually have less caffeine than lighter roasts due to the fact that the process of roasting burns off caffeine.

Drinking coffee black is the best way to get the true taste of coffee and begin picking up the subtle notes.
