Thanks for all the help you have given me. I'm glad that I asked this question In the first place...lol I'll do everything that you suggested In the post's and I'll start grinding finer and keeping the brew ratio's the same. Sometime maybe I'll get to the test with the Eight O' Clock coffee. I will keep working hard to find what I'm looking for because I know I have the tools to do It.
In other news, I posted a question about the grind needed for a "Moka Pot" I own one and don't use It because I can't seem to find the right grind for It using the Bistro. I own a 6 cup Moka Pot, any idea's for how much coffee to use also?
