I tought good to let everybody know how it finally unfolded with this story. I have to say that I am very happy about the service that Idrinkcoffee.com gave me. They aggreed that it was a shipping damage issue. They sent me a new unit and a prepaid UPS label to ship them back the broken one. I didn't had to fight or argue about anything. I didn't had to pay anything for the shipping or return or anything. I recommend this seller and will look for them when it will be the time to buy my espresso machine in the future.
All I have to say, is that their website tells you to email your issues to email@example.com for guarantee service and etc. ... don't waste your time with it and email directly your concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org. The tech guys never answered my emails. Sales guys took charge of my problem promptly and to complete satisfaction.
I think I had to give them back their credit since i was questionning their service in my first post.
