I have brew just after cooling roasted coffee.and the taste is really diferrent it give you a fresh  taste allmost like green tea flavor and a vanilla caramel after taste in most type of coffee that im did it! (puerto rican primium coffee, caracolillo, guatemala coffee) the roast that i used is med to dark roast! And just after 12 hour that green taste desapear (maybe it have to do with oxidation process)

At least 3 days for me. Earlier and it's super flat.

My name is Kayes, and I'm obsessed with coffee.

2-3 are fine with me. I'm not into experimenting with coffee. I drink coffee mostly at cafes with my friends.
