Thjis, do a CG search for Moccamaster, There are many threads. Google "How many grams of coffee for Moccamaster, etc' There are hundreds of threads for various Baratza grinders. Read the MANUAL, all should be clear.
Ha. Well, i cant help you with the moccamaster, but which baratza grinder have you? I've owned, or OWN every one but the Encore, which is basically an improved Maestro + that does espresso decently.

I use 2 full tablespoons of whole beans for every 16 oz of water. Or 6 full tablespoons for a full pot. On my Virtroso I have it set on 20, or center on the dial.
