Subject: Guide to bean storage?

Hello all,
I did try to search on this site, but I didn't get it right, so my apologies for what is probably a tired old topic to many.

-> What is the final word on how to keep my coffee fresh?  I buy it in 250 gram bags, fresh roasted, and I only use maybe 24 grams/day....

What should I do?  I am looking to answer this question once and for all.

And fancy vacuum packing, etc. is not an option.  I'm a simple guy who loves great coffee - that's all.

(It's fine to just send a link to a previous thread..)

Many thanks,
Ted

You could deep freeze your beans: To Freeze or Not to Freeze.
