My budget is 20 to 30 pounds sterling.

Machine is for home use.   It  must be electric and have a capacity for 4 cups.

Thank you for your reply.

I have found 2 coffee grinders, Krups and a Tefal, both costing 12.95 pounds sterling.

I  am hoping to find a roaster at a similar price.
Could you help me on these lines, please

Why is it that we cannot find a roaster for a similar price?

Thank you.

Those whirling blade noise makers are not coffee GRINDERS they are mashers. A grinder requires burrs and in a powered grinder, expect to pay about $100 U.S. minimum for something that works well, you can do it for a little less if you don't mind turning a crank by hand.

For a "roaster" in that range, do a google search for pop corn popper coffee roaster. You will need to modify a hot air corn popper or buy a stainless steel bowl and a good heat gun, a hair dryer isn't hot enough. A machine to roast coffee beans, DESIGNED to roast coffee costs a LOT more.

Good luck.
