Let the info already given be your guide; however, I have some insight on steaming with the silvia in general. I can be a PITA, especially if you don't temp surf properly. It is important to temp surf for achieve the correct brew temp, but then you must temp surf to keep enough steam power to finish the steaming process. After pulling your shot, and flick the steam switch, wait, then purge the steam wand, you need to keep the timer going and identify the time where the boiler light turns off (reaches peak steaming temp). You'll need to start steaming early enough that the light is still on, and remains on during the whole steaming process. That is the best way to keep steam power up. Othewise, if the light is off, the temp gets too low before the boiler turns back on, and the steam power is pretty wimpy by the time you are done. Hope this helps.
