Title says it all. I've been pretty confused over the years of what a Moka grind really is. Is Cafe Bustelo the proper size? Thanks

Love Pilon or Bustello in a Moka, seems ground fine for that. You can either get the cans or the bricks. Both are used down here by basically anyone making real Cuban espresso type drinks.

Well..thanks. Though I'm using Bustelo as an EXAMPLE of the grind size...not because I want to use pre-ground or Bustelo.

Should be, it's a little coarser then an espresso grind which is what you want for the Moka. You can grind similar to that and adjust from there.
