Usually two small but strong cups in the morning, each about 185g (6½ fl oz) and made from 18-24g of beans. Aeropress mostly, sometimes my moka pot.
I'd like to roast, in theory, but I'm not sure I want to spend the time. There are good local roasters in abundance so it's easy to buy good beans at the (upscale) grocery stores. No single favorite.
For years I brewed Peet's almost exclusively. Then I started trying other coffee. It was a big wakeup. After about a year I went back and bought some beans from Peet's just for comparison and I found the stuff totally undrinkable! My taste preferences had completely changed.

Average 2-3 cups in a day ( Double Ristretto in each cup ) Working in my Espresso Bar, the procedure is as follow:-
At the end of the day, after closure, before cleaning out the grinder & machine, extract enough for my wife & I into a small glass bottle. So! the next morning (at 3 a.m. to save time) Pour 30 ml from the glass bottle in each cup with milk.....just to get motivated to start the day!
The next cup is 2 hours later ( 5 a.m. just before opening ) to season the portafilter & dial in the grinder.
The final cup ( when finished roasting....I would try the outcome of day's roast )
[ Most customers ask or have the preconception that I drink coffee all day long...because I'm always on the move! ]
