Just got into the coffee game! Excited to learn more but I want to know what everyone is brewing out there! I've tried the mainstream stuff: Intellegentsia, Stumptown, Hansdome, Sight Glass, Blue Bottle. Now I want to try some new stuff that's maybe less expensive and even tastier! What do you guys think?

You live in Southern California, have you checked out the west coast thread? You might try Portolla down in Costa Mesa.
One thing I have found is that some roasters I can do really well with and some taste good in the store and lousy when I make it. ** shrug **
Welcome to coffee geek.
Now, who do I like?
I like Intelli, but I loved Barefoot out of Santa Clara. Customer Service was the bits, the roast was awesome. There are several other good No Cal roasters. You might try Verve or Bellano.
Outside of California, Terrior has a real good reputation. George is very knowledgeable.
