my apologies, i am not that adroit at typing, it's much easier & faster for me to type in lower or upper case. i've been using a pc since 1995 & you are the first person to assume that i'm shouting, i'm not, i just have a handicap. thank you for welcoming me. i will type in lower case not to offend you. is that considered whispering. all in good humor. thank you gian
As a last resort, you might look up appliance repair in the phone book. A local shop might be able to get you a cord or even rewire a new socket to the pot for a more common cord.
Oh, BTW, great looking pot! I can see why you want to get it going again!

Hi Giani, Did you ever find your cord? I have a working Zappia Paradiso and could probably upload a picture of the power cord and connector if it would be any help. Also, did you happen to get any instructions with your pot? I have a basic idea how it works, but would really like to look over a user manual. Also, did it come with more than one basket? The one I have only has one, and it is probably for a double shot. Were there any other accessories I should know about? Thanks, James

I looked at the cord I have, and saw that the connector is marked: "Peer 5A-250V 10A-125V". Did a quick search and found 1 listed here in a batch of 6 cords: Click Here (www.worthpoint.com) I don't know if that's still available, but that might be what you are looking for. James

This looks like the plug on my cord, including the strain relief: Click Here (www.thecolonialshop.com) My cord is just black, but this looks like it should work. James
